Sac le bleu! I have missed one!

Recognize this car? You may remember it from such birthday decorations as, the pirate ship, the gnome-dome, the Easter bunny basket and the hearsevic.

Why is this relevant you might ask? Well since the lovely "Lady Elizabeth" is still in the family, the owner unknowingly agreed upon birthday decoration. Its tradition!

Target: Naomi.

Her boyfriend Chris helped us out by making a copy of her car key, you know "just for emergencies." Thanks Chris!

After a brief brainstorming, Maura and I came up with our theme... "Under Naomi's Sea", a tribute to our beautiful mermaid birthday princess!

We left her a clue as well!

Supplies? Check!

Inflatable palm tree beer cooler? Check!

Sea shells? Check!

Girl power? Check!

We where so happy with our aquarium. Lady Elizabeth was a sea of creatures and balloons.

Last but not least... CONFETTI!!! I love a good glittery mess!

We wrote Naomi a poem for the cherry on top. "If I was a seahorse, you could call me Steve, but if I was seaweed, I'd be like, bitch please! But what we're really trying to say here, is have an amazing year!" It doesn't really make any sense, but it made us laugh while writing it.

This is going to be one happy birthday girl!

Photo Challenge Day 7

Day 07 - A picture you took outdoors.

The last family trip we took while my Pop was still around was of course to Hawaii! It was the first year that Nate & Jen had moved back. We did a ton of stuff while we where there, but this is my favorite picture of our trip. We went to a sunset luau at one of the resorts on the south side of the island.

These pictures are probably some of the best I've ever taken.

Photo Challenge Day 6

Day 06 - A picture you took indoors.

A couple of years ago Jake bought me a bike for my birthday. He put it together indoors while Izzy pestered him. I love that bike. Her name is Skullie!

Three MC's and One DJ

I met Penny and Audrey for Mother's Day brunch this morning. Seeing as this day usually causes the masses to gather at the best eating establishments, I cruised over a little early to get our names on the list.

While waiting I picked up this week's edition of "The Onion". Slowly skimming through I found not one, not two, but three articles pertaining to my favorite boys. I'm also wearing  a "Check your head" t-shirt today. Maybe it was fate, or maybe Amazon finally shipped me Hot Sauce Committee Part Two...

Either way, just thought I would share in the love and laughter!

Maybe one day my dream of meeting them will come true, and I'll be dubbed MCJ.

Am I still cute mom?

Written By Wicket

This looks familiar, like I've seen it some place before.

Maybe its Kitty-Vu, but you also smell familiar.

Yep, I definitely know you.

Oh look, a door!

Anyone I know inside?

When I walked inside, the door closed behind me. Panic! My human lifted me up off the ground and carried me outside into the sunshine and then into the gray moving box. I cried "Let me free!". My human sang to me as the grey box roared and then started moving. "Where are you taking me!?"

Before I knew it I was on a table. I was blindfolded, and my claws bound. I heard a buzzing noise. Something about the buzzing noise made me relax, so I started to purr.

When it was over, my human put me back in the room with door and carried me back to the moving grey box. This time I was quiet.

Suddenly we stopped, my human opened the door and I could see my house. "I'm home!" I shouted. I don't think I've ever been so happy to see this place. I ran inside to see Izzy.

"Why are you staring at me like that Izzy? Is there something wrong?" I said. "Who are you?" said Izzy. "I'm Wicket, your sister and friend, duh!". I didn't understand why Izzy was being so weird.

"You sure don't look like the Wicket I know." said Izzy. "What do you mean by that?" replied Wicket. "Let me show you", said Izzy and lead her to the hallway mirror.

Gasp! "My hair, my beautiful hair!" cried Wicket.

"Am I still cute mom?"

Can I have one?

What happens when two grown women go to IHOP for breakfast & find out there is a balloon artist in the building? Get one, duh!

I opted for a purple monkey.

Maura couldnt resist a pink unicorn with a green horn!

We also decided to name them.

Herbert & Cody... BFFL's.

Photo Challenge Day 5

Day 05 - A picture you took while driving.

This one is of a classy bumper sticker. "I'm only speeding cause I really have to poop".

This was a sunset one night while Jake and I where driving down I-25.

This one was on a trip to get a pedi with Maura.

One night on my way home from work, I decided to photograph Colfax.
The view is way cooler in person!

Last but not least, this one was taken in Hawaii. Jake was driving, I was clicking.
