I went walking with Maura and Lola on Tuesday. Destination Berkeley Park.
Lakeside Amusement Park looked really cool from the lake.
It brought back memories of being a kid. My dad REALLY wanted me to ride the "Wild Chipmunk" with him, so he stuffed t.p. into my shoes to make me tall enough to ride. I remember being so scared but I proved to my dad I am tough. We rode 2 times.
On our way back to Lola's house I snapped this picture.
I thought a Gnome should live here.
We where almost there and Maura suggested we lengthen our walk by heading down to Perry and then back up to Tennyson.
I've seen this house before, wish it was all mine!
The mention of a Gnome house must have been an Omen. We stumbled across this Gnome village built in someone's side yard. It's complete with a bar, general store and church.
Look! A wind generator! LOL.
But that wasnt ALL!
There is a Golden Gate bridge that makes sure all Gnomes get home on time for dinner!
On Perry Street is the old Huebl home. I remember spending the night here as a kid.
We use to play "Classic Connection" on their computer.
I always was stoked when I won the 1988 Chrysler LaBaron. Oh yeah!!
I guess no matter where you are in the world, nothing feels like Gnome Sweet Gnome.
Sometimes you just need to walk by it and remember.
Chrysler Lebaron! BAHAHAHA!!!
