My feet are firmly planted.

"Bobcat" (Jake's poor dead truck) looked so silly in our driveway.
Doesn't it almost look like the glow of animal eyes?

Look at all that snow! Unreal!

While the snow was falling fast outside, I was inside painting away.
Finally finished this one & super happy with the results!

This one is still a work in progress. I think I want to replace the tree above
with pages from books ripped into leaves.

February has some pretty important dates, like Valentine's Day!
My girls at work left me little prezzies. Yeay!

That night Jake and I headed over to Audrey & Jonny's
for a Valentine's dinner with Grammie.

Jonny is so handsome in red.

I was trying to get some smoochers from my man Jonny...

...but all he wanted to do was ride his bike in the house!

Grammie helped him get on the seat.

Uncle Jake helped him get his steering column straight, lol.

Wish there was some smell-o-vision!

Audrey said "DONT post my photos to your blog" wha wha wha.

Uh yeah right Audrey! You knew it was going to happen!

Hearts!

This is LOVE!

And this is what I get for posting the photos, haha!

I've been baking for a few years now & have FINALLY
been hired for an outside project.
What you might ask?

A Vegan, Gluten Free Chocolate birthday cake for the owner of Axios!

This is a PRETTY big deal considering WHO I am making the cake for1

...but wouldnt you know it, I've never made a vegan gluten-free ANYTHING before!

The consistancy freaked me out!

But when I opened the oven, everything appeared to be normal!

I added a layer of raspberry filling to give it that extra special something.

Other than my crappy lettering and design, I think it turned out alright!
Audrey said Telly really loved it. Phew!!!

I had to take deliver the cake to Audrey, so Jake and I ended up staying for dinner.
Jonny asked me if he could wash the dishes, so we got him all set up.

Basically all he did was run a spoon under the faucet for like 15 minutes, lol!!!

Gosh he is so adorable!

The Phillips' gettin their couch on!

Snuggle-riffic!

The next night had a celebration in store.
February Wishard birthday celebrations!

This month we celebrate Kelley-27, Kyle James-21!!! and Deanna-19.

To mark this occasion we had BBQ & beer!

Down the line!

All in all, the February birthday party rocked! Thanks for being born dudes!

The next day Jake had a school project to work on.
So we headed over to M&M's to transform their living room into a studio!

The sun in Mike's face kinda made him look like a ghost!

Caela is on the other side of that blanket somewhere!

Rock that accordian!

Hey!

My turn. "One-take Jess" nailed it, lol!

Mike shaking his egg, lol.

Almost finished...

Could there be a future at Columbia for the Phillips'?
I hope so!

On Saturday I met two lovelies for brunch!

Taylor

& Julie!

...and ate possibly the BEST breakfast I've ever had in my life.
Denver Biscuit Company is bomb-bay!

After that Mau-town picked me up for a trip to visit Grammie.
I bought these for her headstone.

As we drove through the cemetary I was snapping pics on the go.
What are the chances... really?

No papparazzi, no papparazzi!!

When we pulled up, Uncle Mike and Austyn where there to greet us.
They placed these awesome butterflies in Grammie & Grandpa's tree!

Grammie was born on leap day, so this year would have marked her "20th" birthday.

There's only so much time in a day...

Oh, finally got it!

I miss you... wonder what things would be like if things where different.

This pic is "cem-sheik".

Austyn didnt get the chance to know our Grandma.
He was a little over 1 year old when she passed.

He's such a super cool kid though.
I'll make sure to tell him my best Grammie stories anytime I get the chance.

I love my Uncle too. I wish I got to see him more!

ALWAYS in love forever.

I love you my sweet Grammie!

Kia

Caela

Uncle Mike telling an AWESOME story!
